The Module is divided into the following categories:
1-Service Request : • Call Center service desk to take in Customer Service requests. • Customer segmentation and spare parts pricing based on customer segmentation • Customer multi-site identification with install base and warranty tracking • Central control of multi-work center enterprise • Geographical based Pricing for services • Warehouse based Pricing for spare parts • Separation of Estimates versus Actuals to track first call accuracy of the call center • Process Workflow based service requests with status management
2-Work Orders : • Multi-work-order based Service Requests till customer satisfaction with resolution • Multi-Technician per work order • Full management of advised, dispensed and actual used spare parts and material per work order • Planned and Actual visit times and departure time • Recording o comments on levels of Service Request, Work Order and/or Customer
3-Issues and Returns : • Integrated management of spare parts and materials from within the work order • Tracking of spare parts and material issues and returns per Work Order, Warehouse and Technician combination.
4-Technician Mobile App: • Full control of work order performance provided to the Technician via the Mobile Application. • Technician schedule and calendar management. • Integrated Phone Calls and Maps from within the Mobile App • Offline Store of Assignment for 3 days in the past and 7 days in the future for schedule planning and time management
