Foundation Services

Shared Services consist of the following :

1-Document Attachment Management :• Integrated Document Attachments to any Business Transaction, Reseller Accounts, Customer Accounts, Supplier Accounts. • Configurable to use Azure Data Lake Store (Recommended), or Google Drive (additional charges required), or DropBox (additional charges required)

2-Email Notifications :• Essential Package of SendGrid Email relay. • The base SendGrid configuration would send e-mails originated from SendGrid email address space, with the “To” and “From” configured as CLIENT need. Dedicated domain configurations can be done at extra cost.

3- Reporting Service : • Microsoft SSRS is bundled in our service. Standard I2C Reports are provided at no additional cost to the CLIENT. • Requests for Additional Reports are handled as Enhancement Requests at no extra cost, but simplerApps matains the rights to decide on when to make the reports available to the CLIENTs • Reports are assigned to Categories for run-time organization in group sets. • All Reports Headers and Texts are Database based and can be changed for a “partition” by the partition administrator • Powerful set of Statistical Reports with Graphs • Reports are run through the I2C Application Menu. Each Report has its own filter View to allow selection of report data • The Report filter View is user defined. Selection lists are based on SQL statements that are user customizable if needed

4- Master Data Administration:• Available with the bundled I2C Admin application module • Mult-Lingual, Multi-Currency

5- I2C System Process Workflow : • Multiple workflows per specific Document Type, based on Role and User, allowing different users with different level of authorization to use different workflows. • Event based, with flexible Gates to define pre-requisites for event triggering • Allows skipping approvals for management initiators of transactions • Tenant based: User customizable per partition. • Multi Version, allowing active processes to continue using old templates while new documents to use the newest version. • Workflows can be Exported/Imported across Partitions or I2C Systems using XML.
